Eligibility:
We accept returns on most items up to 7 days after the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, and accessories that came with it. Items that show signs of use may not be eligible for return. However, in certain cases (such as manufacturing defects which appear after use), returns may be approved after inspection and verification by our team. Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

 

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at 9834379469 or send us an email at orders@sakhaagro.in. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Once we approve your return, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization number.

Return Shipping:

• Free Return Shipping: If your item is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, return shipping will be free. Note: An unboxing video will be required to be eligible for Free Return Shipping.
• Return Shipping Fees: If the return is due to reasons other than shipping damage or defects, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected. You will receive your refund in the original payment method within 7 business days after processing. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
